Build collagen naturally with this ancient treatment rooted in Traditional Chinese medicine. We will address health concerns as well as skin goals. *majority of this appointment fee can be covered under Registered Acupuncture using extended health benefits

Massage Therapy

Brazilian Lymphatic Massage - A detoxifying treatment extending from traditional European style lymphatic drainage. This treatment addresses water retention, lactic acid build up, feelings of sluggishness and heaviness. It can help improve digestion and immune function.

Jenn is a seasoned healthcare professional, with over 20 years experience in the industry. Beginning her journey as a Massage therapist in 2002, she has seamlessly transitioned into Registered Acupuncture, blending eastern and western medicine theories for a holistic approach to treatment.

Jenn’s Acupuncture expertise extends beyond addressing physical ailments like pain and injuries. Her treatments effectively target internal imbalances, offering relief for insomnia, digestive issues including IBS and colitis, and regulating hormones for fertility and menopause. Additionally, Jenn’s Acupuncture approach encompasses emotional well-being, providing support for managing depression and anxiety.

Jenn is is a fully insured, Registered Acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO) and Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario
